DMCA & Copyright Compliance Policy

How MP3Juice respects copyright, handles takedown notices, and enforces intellectual property compliance.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) & Copyright Compliance

MP3Juice respects the intellectual property rights of musical artists, composers, recording labels, and content creators. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards willful copyright infringement and respond expeditiously to valid copyright notifications submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international intellectual property frameworks.

Our Role as a Search Index and Transitory Provider

MP3Juice does not host, upload, or own the audio or video files indexed through our search engine. Our web application functions as an automated search index and client-side conversion interface that queries publicly accessible third-party media platforms. Because no files are stored on our servers, removing the source content from the hosting platform automatically removes it from our search results.

How to Submit a Valid DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that content indexed on MP3Juice infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent at:
